
Weight loss juices:- saag & apple juice
Ingredients:-
two apples,
half cucumber,
celery stalks,
half lemon, (peeled)
half lime, (peeled)
2-3 saag leaves/collard leave
Method:-
add all the ingredients to a juicer, add a cup of water for consistency and blend to make a weight loss drink.
Weight Loss Juice:- Parsley & Beet Juice
Ingredients:-
2 beet leaves (swiss chard/red chard),
half a cup parsley,
half beet, half pineapple,
two raw apples,
fresh mint leaves,
and half a lemon (peeled)
Method:-
add all the ingredients to a juicer, add a cup of water for consistency and blend to make a weight loss drink.
Weight Loss Juice:- Kale & Spinach
Ingredients:-
2 Saag leaves/ swiss chard/red chard,
one cup of kale,
one cup of spinach,
1-1/2 inch of ginger,
half lemon (peeled)
Method:-
add all the ingredients to a juicer, add a cup of water for consistency and blend to make a weight loss drink.
